Deckbuilding With a TCG Demonic Tutor

Deckbuilding With a TCG Demonic TutorA TCG Demonic Tutor is a card that can show up in a variety of decks. They can be an absolute fantastic addition to any aggressive or midrange deck. One of the first things to look at when you are building a deck is what specific synergies you can find. If you have access to Prophecy and are looking for cards that have Prophecy as a part of their name, Demonic Tutor might be the card for you. Other options include Red Elemental Blast, which can help you find a copy of a particular Red Elemental or you can always drop a Monster with its effect. If you already have the appropriate support and hate for your opponent, you don't need much more. You could look at sending all of your monsters to the graveyard or keep a full hand but playing a few random things to get rid of cards like Dark Hole and The End of Anubis. The same is true if you find a way to manage your hand so you can gain a bit of tempo. The deck I am building right now runs four copies of Wa rped Light and I am planning on trying some other colors next week. I don't mind running Warped Light over a Demonic Tutor, because it provides me with an additional tool that will let me draw cards more effectively, depending on the situation. Warped Light provides a way to keep your hand full without taking too much damage and if I use Warped Light in conjunction with Demonic Tutor to dig for one or two good spells it will make my whole deck strong. If I were to run both cards, I would keep one copy each and put the other copy in the sideboard, to provide extra card draw or topdeck abilities depending on the match-up and/or the colors that I am running. It's important to note that using any multiple copies of Demonic Tutor in a deck may severely limit the number of cards that your opponent can play and keep in mind that some cards are banned in constructed and they may be a must-answer threat. If you have an older version of these cards that did not come out in paper monster decks, you can expect to be playing against more traditional control decks that will have far less answers to all of your cards, if any. So you will need to find ways to get past their answer and pull ahead. The TCG Demonic Tutor is a great addition to any deck that can pull it off. A deck that includes multiple copies will be able to draw the necessary cards from it to beat down and pull ahead when necessary.
